Statement of Objective : The objectives of setting up 'Siksha Mitra Club' are the following :

To provide training to the underprivileged Children's in various skills like reading , learning, orating and speaking.

To arrange on competition experience for the Children's trained at our centre.

To help in being one step ahead among all.

List of Measures : The Following steps need to taken to set up Shiksha Mitra Club :

1) Providing halls to set up Club centre.

2) Appointing teachers to train the students.

3) Arrange tools and equipment used for teaching.

4)Budgetary needs : Funds to be provided by an NGO and other equipments by State Govt.(Department of Education

PROPOSAL FOR SETTING UP A SOCIAL SERVICE CLUB

Introduction: To help poor and needy people living in slums and to create a feeling of kindness among the students, we propose to set up a social service club where the students can donate their old books, clothes, toys and other stationery essentials

Objectives:

• The club will offer a chance for students and the teachers to contribute to the society and learn to have a positive attitude towards life
• things donated by the students and the teachers will help the poor children living in slums to have a better quality of life

List of measures:

• a box will be placed at the reception of the school where the students and the Teachers can keep what they want to donate
• They can donate for 4 days i.e. from 17 September 2022 to 21 September 2022 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
• the things collected will be checked by the students council to ensure that they are in proper condition
• Five members of Students Council, accompanied by the Head Boy and Head Girl of the school and Principal Ma'am will go to the nearby slum to donate the things

We hope that the proposal will be accepted so that the Social Service Club is established at the earliest
