Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that the recently constructed community hall in our locality has been hosting events and parties which entertain uncontrolled usage of the public-address-system which causes a lot of inconvenience to the local residents. The hall was constructed without any consent from the residents. The frequent late-night parties that are hosted here are a nuisance to everyone. Either they should relocate the hall or the sound volume should be kept at a limit.
I send this complain letter on behalf of everyone from this locality. Kindly look into this matter and offer a remedy as soon as possible.
