Explanation:

Before Reducing..

1st object's mass=M

2nd object's mass=m

Distance between them= r

Gravitation Force=GMm/r^2

After reducing the distance..

The distance between them= r/3

Now, Gravitation Force= GMm/(r/3)^2

=GMm*9/r^2

Clearly it can say that...

Gravitation Force (Before Changing Radius) <Gravitation Force (After reducing radius)
