Tulsi ramwas narrating a story to his friend about what happened to him in the particular day
he said that when he was going to school with his friends there was a drain near the bus and when he was getting down from the bus his leg slip and he fall into the drain and when he was asking for help his friends ran away and did not help him
he was in class 4 and as he was small he started crying because nobody was there to help him out
