STEPS OF CONSTRUCTION

(i) Draw a line segment AC=4 cm. ltbgt (ii) Draw the perpendicular bisector XOY of AC, cutting AC at O.

(iii) Along OX and OY, set off OB=3 cm and OD=3 cm respectively.

(iv) Join AB, BC, CD and AD.

Then, ABCD is the required rhombus.
