2 ) Before budding, a bulb appears in the cell wall of vegetative cells.
3 ) Then these bulbs start growing.
4 ) At this stage, the nucleus of the cell undergoes a mitotic division.
5 ) Then daughter buds are detached from parent yeast.
6 ) A constriction is formed between the vegetative and the bud, which can grow into yeast cells.
