Let ABCD be a rectangle with length AD & BC

and breadth AC & BD.

Joining the points A and C we get it's diagonal as AC.

Now, applying PYTHAGORAS THEOREM in quadrilateral ABCD.

(HYPOTENUSE) ²=(BASE) ²+(ALTITUDE) ²

(AC) ²=(BC) ²+(AB) ²

(25cm) ²=BC²+(24cm) ²

625cm²=BC²+576cm²

(625-576) cm²=BC²

49cm²=BC²

√49cm²=BC

7cm=BC

Now,

Perimeter=2(l+b)

=2(24+7) cm

=2×31cm

=62cm

HOPE IT HELPS!!!☺☺☺
