1. S + 6HNO3 → H2SO4 + 6NO2 + 2H2O

2. Zn + 2KOH → K2ZnO2 + H2

3. 2NaHCO3 + H2SO4 → Na2SO4 + 2H2O + 2CO2

hope this helps!!!

The chemical reaction between sulfur and nitric acid is as follow:

S + HNO3 ------------> H2SO4 + NO2  + H2O

The balanced chemical equation will have equal number of atoms on both side of the reaction.

Therefore first make the no. of atoms equal.

S              1   =                     S            1

H              6   =                     H             6

O             18  =                     O            18

N             6    =                     N             6

This ration of atoms should be present on both side of the reaction

The balanced chemical equation is as follow.

S + 6HNO3 ---------> H2SO4 + 6NO2 + 2 H2O

Hope this will help you.
