1) celsius if converted to fahrenheit

( °C x 9/5) + 32 = °F

therefore,

150°C =( 150 x 9/5) + 32 = 270 + 32= 302°F

ii) 32 °C= (32+9/5) +32 = 57.6 + 32 =89.6 °F

Now just take everything except °C to the ( rhs) , to the side and change their sign i. e

°C = (°F- 32)÷9/5= (°F -32 ) x 5/9

(reciprocal of 9/5=5/9)

therefore,

150 °F = (150 -32) x 5/9 = 118 x 5/9 =66°C ( approx)

48°F = (48-32) x 5/9= 30 ° ( approx)
