(b) Imagine that you bought a cellphone from a well-known shop and it broke down soon
after you purchased it. You took it back to be repaired and it worked satisfactorily
for a few days before breaking down again. On your next visit to the shop, the
assistant in the shop showed impatience amounting to discourtesy and said that he
could not help you.
Write a letter to the Manager of the shop complaining about the poor performance
of the cellphone and of the discourtesy of his staff, and asking him to take
necessary action.
