  • It is essential for everyone to learn about the essence of this especially during business conversations. Since we all know that by being polite one can win over enemies hence giving respect and value to the customer's opinion is going to make them feel comfortable with you while giving you the confidence to optimize the best of your abilities. Any business can progress with politeness but harsh attitudes can fade everything to thin air. Not only does this affect the reputation of the company or organization but also makes you appear ignorant. I hope each and every one of you understands my point of view on this matter and we try to be most polite not only with each other but most importantly with our customers.
