As we know that today's generation want to spend the city life , living in metropolitan areas, they don't want to go to villages. Even I was born and brought up in the city. We used to go to villages earlier when I was a kid.After 20 years, I was posted to Rajasthan as a District collector and started work for the welfare of the villagers. Rajasthan being a desert place, a lot of heating effect. while working there, i learnt a lot about their culture. I have attended many religious functions over there. People of villages are so down to earth, they are treating me as a family member and served me their farm vegetables and fruits. They showed me their handicrafts machinery and want to to promote their crafts. They want entrepreneurship and patents. The traditional culture of the Rajasthan made me so aesthetic, that i never get bored there. Rajasthan has multiple cuisines and variety of dishes to eat. A long list that is never ending. As i am a big foodie , i love to eat their extra masala foods.
