(a) BC = AD, (b) AB =CD.

In ΔDAB and ΔBCD

∠ABD = ∠CDB [alternate angle]

∠ADB = ∠CBD [alternate angle]

Therefore, by AA congruence, the triangles are congruent.

Hence,

BC = AD [CPCT]

AB = CD [CPCT]
