Consider a co-ordinnate axis(+ve X as East ,-Ve X as West and +Y as north and -Y as south)
as we are taking c as a reference in both the cases ,take c as origin.
1.Given B is 100m North East of C i.e A is in the I st quadrant
 2. Given A is 100m North West of C i.e B is in II nd Quadrant

Therefore ,
we have the direction  A is towards The West of B
