B(OH)3 is monobasic as it forms B(OH)4- on reacting with water ...
It can not lose proton due to hydrogen bonding ...

B(OH)3 or H3BO3 , boric acid is monobasic in nature since it accepts 1 hydroxide ion from water molecule to complete the octet of central B atom.
   Hence its n-factor is 1 but it is an aprotic acid.
