I am Anuradha kale from Sai Nagar, writing this letter to let you know about the sorry state of the books which I brought from your bookstore.

Today, I got the parcel of books that you had send, but when I open the parcel I see the pages of books are torn. Seeing the sorry state of books I am not happy with this parcel.

Sorry but I am sending this parcel with this letter to you. I request you to please change the books and send me the books which are of good state.
