Step-by-step explanation:

volume of a cylinder=πr^2 ×h

where,r=radius of the cylinder

h=height of the cylinder

double the volume of the cylinder=2πr^2 ×h........(1)

curved surface area of the cylinder(CSA) is=2πrh

where,r=radius of the cylinder

h=height of the cylinder

radius of the base of the cylinder is=r

product of the base radius of the cylinder and curved surface area of the cylinder is=2πrh×r=2πr^2 ×h........(2)

from (1) and (2),we obtain

double the volume of the cylinder=product of the base radius of the cylinder and curved surface area of the cylinder=2πr^2 ×h
