2) Food preservation is important to increase its shelf life. So that we can consume it later whenever we want it. Preservation prevents the growth of bacteria, microorganisms.

Without good nutrition, your body is more prone to disease, infection, fatigue, and poor performance. So by keeping a balance of proper calories and healthy eating, a person can have a balanced diet.
