Agriculture :-
Agriculture is the science and art of cultivating plants and livestock. Agriculture was the key development in the rise of sedentary human civilization, whereby farming of domesticated species created food surpluses that enabled people to live in cities. The history of agriculture began thousands of years ago.
Tilling:-
Ploughing is the process of loosening and turning over of soil. It is also known as tilling. The soil is tilled with a plough, drawn by the bullocks or driven by a tractor.
Broadcasting :-
Broadcasting is the distribution of audio or video content to a dispersed audience via any electronic mass communications medium, but typically one using the electromagnetic spectrum (radio waves), in a one-to-many model.
Threshing:-
Threshing is the process of loosening the edible part of grain from the straw to which it is attached. It is the step in grain preparation after reaping. Threshing does not remove the bran from the grain. Threshing may be done by beating the grain using a flail on a threshing floor.
4) the main task which has to be done before sowing is called ploughing or tilling . the land has to be levelled before sowing . this is done by plough and leveller. ploughing makes the soil loose which helps the microorganisms(blue-green algae) to flourish.
5) Weedicides are the chemicals which are sprayed over field to get rid of weeds. They will not show any effect on crop plants. Two popularly used weedicides are 2,4-D Ethyl ester, Neem extract, Glyphosate etc.
