Hey friend,

As √(a/b) = √a/√b.
So
 \sqrt{(6 - 3) \div \sqrt{(6 + 3)} } = \sqrt{3 \div \sqrt{9} } = \sqrt{3 \div 3} = \sqrt{1} = 1
Therefore answer is 1.

Hope you find my answer helpful.
