Answer:

In the first three schools that I surveyed, there was a dismal learning condition in all the rural classrooms. There is high absenteeism, low motivation in levels, high drop-out rates, and bored and demotivated teachers.

An alternative approach to elementary education in terms of preparing high-quality, individualized self-learning materials, community involvement and teacher development are required in these schools. To achieve this, a global outlook; concern for man and environment; and religious spirit with scientific temperament needs to be developed. For global outlook, a vision of the whole as distinct from the part, there should never be a sectarian outlook, but always a holistic outlook free from all prejudice. To show concern for man and environment, we should consider humanity as part of nature, and if nature is not cared for, it will boomerang on us. Only the right education, and deep affection between people everywhere will resolve many environmental challenges. In the end, the religious mind with scientific temperament will motivate students towards tranquil and suitable studying environment.

In another five schools that I surveyed, there was poor infrastructure, irregularities of teachers, and an acute shortage of funds.
