The limit of growth is fixed by (c) both of these.

  • Growth is affected by both nature and nurture which is the internal and external factors. They are equally important for the growth and development of an individual.
  • External factors include nutrition, exercise and the family environment of an individual. Nutrition includes a proper diet, two-course meals with proper intake of iron, minerals, calcium and many more. Exercise means working out and maintaining one's body to remain fit and healthy.
  • Family environment means how are the surroundings, background, and interpersonal relationships within the family. A person who belongs to a high-level income family can afford nutritious food, proper care and knowledge whereas a person belonging to a weaker section has his or her problems about poverty to deal with.
  • Internal factors are those which are by birth or are hereditary. The genes a person got from his or her parents affect growth. If the parents of a child are stout and unfit then it is likely that their child is going to be the same. But with proper diet and some level of exercise, things can change but to some extent only.
  • The interaction of both can fix the problems related to growth.
