Answer:

When a bill that passed in Lok Sabha is defeated in Rajya Sabha. Lok Sabha passed the Money Bill then Rajya Sabha must passed the Bill with in 14 days. If it is not passed or send amendments then the Bill understood to be passed. Lok Sabha is not bound to accept amendment of Rajya Sabha in case of Money Bill.

Explanation:

A bill pending in the Rajya Sabha but not passed by the Lok Sabha does not lapse. If the president has notified the holding of a joint sitting before the dissolution of Lok Sabha, does not lapse. A bill passed by both Houses but pending assent of the president does not lapse.

<b>{If Lok Sabha does not accept any of the recommendations of Rajya Sabha, the MoneyBill is deemed to have been passed by both Houses in the form in which it was passed by Lok Sabha without any of the amendments recommended by Rajya Sabha.}
