Dear Sir/ Madam,

We are very pleased to inform you that the inauguration ceremony of our school's Literary Association is being held on 18th January, 2021. We request you to be a part of the ceremony as the Chief Guest. The program would start at around 5:00 pm.

It would be an honor if you would attend the inauguration ceremony. We all will be waiting for your presence.
