Answer:

When I was around 8–9 years I always dream of becoming a teacher, an educator exactly like the teachers who use to teach in my class. I was mesmerized by their aura.

Fast forward to 3–4 years after I wanted to be a journalist, be in front of the whole audience and present my story. That also, sadly, didn’t happen.

Then I got pretty serious about pursuing engineering ( which was sadly the WORST DECISION EVER). It took me 3 years to actually acclimatize myself with engineering, struggled a lot and then somehow managed to graduate with an overall GPA of 7.6. Then the bug of PhD hit me ans I started preparing for GATE exam so I could get a Masters degree which I eventually got.

Again sadly, PhD didn't work out for me, may be because I wasn't aware of how tough will be PhD or how much grappling you had to do with it.

Then I decided enough is enough, I am wasting my time and sitting unemployed. I prepared for various government exam and got through one (luckily).

Fast forward to today, after all such really struggling bad decisions and worried nights, when I ask myself what I want to be when I grow up - I would say “I want to be CONTENT”. It may sound as cliche as it can be but really finding true happiness is a difficult job. Being an adult and being happy at the same time, same place don’t go hand in hand.

“Why I want to be happy?”

Cause I am not. There is no sense of peace within me and I am always in a restless state. My life has become one monotonous saga of repetitiveness where the word ‘change’ doesn’t exists. I try to motivate myself, try to busy myself with work and people still there is this tiny corner in my mind which craves for mental satisfaction.

I am in my quest of searching for Never Land so i can grow up to be happy.
