I was going to the airport to receive someone today but because of the traffic on 5th avenue, I got late. I was panicking that my grandma would start worrying and maybe even get lost since this was the first time she was visiting me in New York.
Hence instead of wasting time idling in the car I got out of my cab and gave the driver his fare. I looked around and started running towards the airport. It was only 1 kilometer away. It took me 15 minutes to reach. By the end of it, my legs had started aching and shivering but I was glad I received my Grandma on time. I gave her a big hug and took her home.
