It would be our honour and privilege if you could kindly grace the Tree plantation programme organised by the XYZ Club at A-Zone on 17th May at 10 a.m as the Chief Guest .

XYZ Club has been working on the Conservation of the Environment for the last ten years. Every year on our Foundation Day we organise a tree plantation programme.

This year too we have chosen the barren field in A-Zone to change it into a lush green plantation. It would be very kind of you if you could provide us with five hundred saplings of deodar and mahagony trees. It would be an added help if the tools for plantation be provided by you. We will return all the tools once the planting is over.

Dear sir,

It would be a matter of great honour for all of us if you would be present to grace the auspicious occasion of the tree plantation program held by all the members of the HTG natures club.

Our club is duely meant for the conservation if nature which has been carried out by us since a couple of years.

This year we have decided to plant trees across the 5 kilometer stretch of the M. G. road near our apartment. This will increase the average oxygen supply of the world and this will also absorb the harmful carbon dioxide and other harmful fumes released by the vehicles, thus benefitting us in both the ways.

For putting this idea into action we will be requiring seven hundred saplings of sal and gulmohar trees and also 200 spades 400 chisels and over a hundred wheel barrows.
