Concave Mirror-

(a) When the outer surface of a spherical mirror is painted, it forms a concave mirror.

(b) Concave mirrors are also called converging mirrors.

Convex Mirror-

(a) When the inner surface of a spherical mirror is painted then it is known as a convex mirror.

(b) Convex mirrors are otherwise called diverging mirrors.

2. Bar Magnet and Electromagnet =

Bar Magnet-

(a) A bar magnet is not able to exhibit a strong magnet.

(b) It's polarity is fixed

Electromagnet-

(a) An electromagnet exhibit a much stronger magnetic field.

(b) It's polarity can be reversed by reversing the direction of current flowing in the turns of the coil (or solenoid).

4. Stamen and Pistil =

Stamen-

Pistil-
