Muhammad bin Tughlaq was the only Delhi Sultan who had received a comprehensive literary, religious and philosophical education as well as military training. He was a great scholar in many languages.

Answer - True

Rukn-ud-din was crowned by his mother Shah Turkan after the death of Iltutmish. Iltutmish was the second ruler of Slave dynasty.
