Answer:

B = (4,9, 16)

Step-by-step explanation:

A perfect square is a number that can be expressed as the product of an integer by itself or as the second exponent of an integer.

For example, 25 is a perfect square because it is the product of integer 5 by itself, 5 × 5 = 25. However, 21 is not a perfect square number because it cannot be expressed as the product of two same integers.

Generally, we can express a perfect square as x², where x is an integer and the value of x² is a perfect square.

Natural Number Perfect Square

1                             1

2                             4

3                             9

4                            16

5                            25

6                            36

7                            49

8                            64

9                            81

10                           100

Note: Numbers that have any of the digits 2, 3, 7, or 8 in their units place are non-perfect square numbers, whereas, numbers that have any of the digits 0, 1, 4, 5, 6, or 9 in their units place might be perfect squares.

In the given question perfect squares between 1 & 20 are asked. Thus,

leaving 1 & 20 in between numbers are as follows:

B = ( 4, 9, 16)
