Biopriacy is the use of bio-resources by MNC's and other organizations without proper authorization from countries and people concerned without compensatory payment. Industrialized and development nations are economically rich, but poor in biodiversity while opposite prevails for developing nations. Therefore, developed countries exploit traditional knowledge and sources of poor countries for commercialization.

Biopiracy - It is also known as commercial exploitation of biochemicals or genetic materials which occur naturally.

It can understand by exploitation of resources that are import from another nation without their proper authorization or access and benefits.  

Usually we can see this as the illegal use of any bioresource by multinational companies etc., they take the resource in less price and store it for some time , then sell it in high prices to the consumers.  Because of this the consumers get the products in very high price .

The illegal organisation who did not have certificate do these kind of things.
