Interview a teacher reagrding the challenges of teaching in a village
Explanation:
Interviewer: Hi ! First of all I would like you to introduce yourself to the people
Teacher: Hi! My name is Rajeev and I have been teaching in this village for about 10 years. I started my own school here where we teach free of cost to the people who can't afford education from nursery till high school.
Interviewer: Why did you choose this village for such a cause?
Teacher: When I first came to this village, I saw the enthusiasm in people for education. People were eager to learn but they didn't have resources. So, I thought if I want to help people, why not them?
Interviewer: What challenges did you face in doing so?
Teacher: I faced many challanges. First of all, the rich people of the village didn't want these poor people to study because they wanted the villagers to work for them. They thought if I taught them their rights, they would not listen to them. They would not let us build the school. They threatend the people of the village. Secondly, we did not have any support from government. We did everything on our own, me and few of my fellows.
Interviewer: How did you get over these issues?
Teacher: I convinced the people to come and learn. No body will harm them. I also convinced the rich people that if the villigers will get educated, they can benifit more from them. Media played a great role in this. We met new people who helped us complete this task. Today, you can see hundreds of children studying in our school
