Report for the programmes organized in the Village

Last month we went to adopt a village along with our school Management. It was a really nice experience overall.

Our aim got fulfilled in the village because we went with a clear plan and mindset to teach the kids in the poor village and also with a plan to conduct various programme during the visit.

Sports activities:

We conducted a sports event for small kids, and more than 50 kids actively participated in the competitions.

Games like the cuckoo, running race and lemon in the spoon are conducted and prizes were distributed to the winning kids.

Fine-Arts activities:

We encouraged the kids to dance by playing the pieces of music.

We found many kids are having the great skill to dance, and encouraged them to do more dance in the future.

Also, we found kids with good talent in the field of singing too.

We set the stage, and good talents are praised with the special gifts during the programme.

Regards,

Karan,

L.M. Memorial Public School, Dwarka.

hope it helps you :)have a good day friend....

A formal style of writing in detail on a topic is a Report Writing. Formal tone is used to write a report. The necessary section to focus on is the target audience.

L.M. Memorial Public School in Dwarka has taken an oath to embrace the village of Rajpur on World Literacy Day. The school has taken on the responsibility of educating the residents of the village.

During school hours, a group of pupils from each grade level is escorted there to impart knowledge. The goal for the first six months is to teach everyone how to read and write. For quality education, free books and stationery are offered. Children are given opportunity to engage with one another, play games, and spend time together. Apart from education and skills, cleanliness and sanitation are being given significant attention.

Various talent hunts have been conducted, leaving everyone feeling overwhelmed. The key driving factor is people's enormous passion and desire to learn. A family-like atmosphere is being developed. The school is impartial and treats the villagers as though they were its own students.

The school is teaching its kids to be environmentally conscious at a young age. It is dedicated to creating tomorrow's leaders.
