Bablu work = 1/10
Ashu work = 1/15
Total work = 1/10+1/15 = 3+2/30 = 5/30
Total work = 6 days
Bablu paid = 6/10*5000 = 3000
_____
OR
_____
Time taken by A and B is in the ratio of = 3:2
Ratio of the Work = 2 : 3 (Since, time and work are inversely proportional)
Total money is divided in the ratio of 2 : 3 and B gets Rs.3000
Ashu work = 1/15
Total work = 1/10+1/15 = 3+2/30 = 5/30
Total work = 6 days
Bablu paid = 6/10*5000 = 3000

Answer:
L.C.M of 10 ,15 = 30
so, they need to complete 30 unit of work
one day work of Babla =30*1/10= 3
one day work of Ashu= 30*1/15= 2
Compare both works ,Babla should paid more than Ashu
ratio of work in a day = 3:2
so Babla's worth = 3/5*5000= 3000/-
