Bacteria is microorganism whereas tapeworm is a Platyhelminthes which has better body organisation than bacteria

Bacteria is prokaryotic whereas tapeworm is Eukaryotic

Bacteria is unicellular whereas tapeworm is multicellular.

They both have very different body design due to change in course of evolution.   

Bacteria and Tapeworm differ in their classification mainly due to the following reasons:-

Bacteria is prokaryotic whereas Tapeworm is Eukaryotic. 

bacteria- unicellular whereas tapeworm-multicellular.

Bacteria are microbes while tapeworms are longest parasite that may live in our body.
