For studying microbes, we can take curd as the sample for it. It is because curd contains millions of bacteria named Lactobacillus. This has another name - Lactic Acid Bacteria.

So, we can drop small amount of curd on a slide and observe it in the microscope. On observing, we will be able to view several bacteria and then we can study their structure and behaviour.
