Bacteria do not have chloroplast but some bacteria are photoautotrophic in nature and perform photosynthesis. Which part of bacterial cell performs this?

Bacteria do not have Chrloplast but they perform photosynthesis because they having chrlophyll in the cell membrane. Here chlorophyll can absorb light and perform photosynthesis.
