Bacteria genome consists DNA with out histone.

Explanation:

Bacteria are prokaryotic (no nucleus). Their DNA is just naked in the cytoplasm. Histones are needed to organize DNA in the nucleus of eukaryotic cells. That's why it consists DNA without histone.
