The bacteria which is motile has some extensions which are filamentous type known as flagella.  

It is infact true that bacterial flagella do not show ATP-ase activity and 9 + 2 organisation as they are prokaryotes. Actually, the eukaryotic flagella shows ATP - ase activity and also has 9 + 2 organisation.

The prokaryotic flagella moves in 360° so they are considered to have (4 + 4) type of arrangement.

Bacteria may also have more than one flagella in it's body and shows different types of arrangement of flagella.
