Field of the general life:
- Gardiner used this statement in his essay "on saying please".
- He stated that if people don't have the basic values and principles then they are far more worse than all the criminals.
- while on a lift Gardiner had an incident where the lift-man throws a person out of the lift as he didn't used the word 'please' .
- The person was asked to which floor he wants to go . he replied 'top' and out of anger maybe because his employee did said 'good morning ' to him ,he throws the man out of the lift and this is where Gardiner used this lines.
