Since, the balls are picked up at random, there cannot be any order like first draw, second draw etc. So, the number of ways 2 balls can be picked up is C(15,2)=105 . And the number of ways in which one red ball from 7 red balls and one blue ball from 5 blue balls can be drawn is C(7,1)∗C(5,1)=35 . Hence, the required probability is 35105=13

However, if the balls are picked up one by one without replacement then the required probability will be 715∗514=16 . Again, if the balls are picked up with replacement, then the required probability is 715∗515=745
