Answer:

Let the age of Baichung age be x years

therefore age of his father will be x+29 years

and his grandfather's age will be x+29+26 years

Step-by-step explanation:

now acc. to ques.

x+x+29+x+29+26=135

3x+84=135

3x=135-84

3x=51

x=17 years

Therefore the age of Baichung will be 17 years.

Age of his father will be x+29=17+29=46 years.

and age of his grandfather will be x+29+26= 72 years

Given :-

• Baichung's father is 26 years younger than Baichung's grandfather and 29 years older than Baichung.

• The sum of the ages of all the three is 135.

To Find :-

What is the age of each one of them?

Solution :-

Let the age of Baichung's father be x years.

According to the question :-

Given that,

Baichung's father is 26 years younger than Baichung's grandfather and 29 years older than Baichung.

Therefore,

Age of Baichung's grandfather will be

= ( x + 26) years

Age of Baichung will be = (x -29) years

Again,

According to the question :-

Given that,

The sum of the ages of all the three is 135.

x -29 + x +26 + x = 135

⟼ 3x - 3 = 135

⟼ 3x = 138

⟼x = 46

Hence,

Age of Baichung's father is = 46 years

Substituting the value of x, we get

Age of Baichung's grandfather is = x +26 = 72 years.

Age of Baichung is = x - 29 = 17 years.
