As there are minimum 4 Oxygen on the products side, we add 2 on the reactant, thus having 6 Oxygen atoms, 2 Na and 2 N .

To balance the Sodium atoms, you need to add the 2 on the products side, which balances Nitrogen too, and you get 6 Oxygen on the products side too!
