Dear it is already balanced........you might git it wrong because you have to calculate and add the oxygen molecule on both the side.
i.e. on reactants side.......there are 2 oxygen molecules (Na2CO3 and H2SO4)
and on products side, we have three oxygen molecules (NA2SO4 and H2O and CO2)
so if we add 3 + 4 (reactants) we get 7 and if we add 4 + 1 + 2 (products) we get 7
Hence it is balanced
