a) 2H2+O2 -> 2H2O

b) MnO2 +4HCl -> MnCl2 + 2H2O +Cl2

c) the question is wrong it should be like this --

2Pb(NO3)2 = 2PbO + 4NO2 + O2

d) the equation is already balanced

e) Ca(OH)2+2HNO3 -> Ca(NO3)2+2H2O
