Thanks for asking this question.

Aluminium sulfate react with sodium hydroxide to produce aluminium hydroxide and sodium sulfate.

Balanced Chemical Reaction -

Al2(SO4)3 + 6NaOH → 2Al(OH)3 + 3Na2SO4

In the above reaction, both Aluminum Sulfate and Sodium Hydroxide are soluble.
This is an example of Double Displacement Reaction.
