Ca(OH)2 + HCL -> CaCl2 + H2O

Answer

In the given equation HCL is acid react with base Ca(OH)2 and this reaction is called Neutralisation reaction the product form is Salt and water .

Neutralisation Reaction

Acid + Base - > Salt + Water

Now

balanced equation is

Ca(OH)2 + 2HCl -> CaCl2 + H2O

when 2 mole of HCl react with base 1 mole of Ca(OH)2 gives 1 mole of CaCl2 and water .
