Hey there!
The above is the chemical reaction of Lead sulphide and Hydrogen peroxide forming Lead Sulphate and Water.

Now,
The oxygen in the hydrogen peroxide , must have reacted with Reacted with Lead sulphate .

So, The Oxygen molecule produced two naescent oxygen.

 O_{2} → { O } + { O }

Now,
PbS + { O } → PbSO4

So, Now, We multiply the Naescent oxygen by 4 .

Now, PbS + 4{ O } → PbSO4 .

Now, [  O_{2} → { O } + { O } ] by 4 .

It gives, PbS + 4H2O2 → PbSO4 + 4H2O

Now, Pb, S are balanced. also 8 oxygens are on reactants and 8 on products. Hydrogens are also balanced.

So , The balanced equation is PbS + 4H2O2 → PbSO4 + 4H2O

In Partial balancing method ,We look for partial methods involved and balance by Hit & trail method.
