Meat.

Eat eggs and porridge for breakfast.
Prepare your own lunch night before.

I fill a massive lunch box full of cold cooked pasta mixed with boiled eggs, chicken, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, sweetcorn, chilies, olive oil and munch it throughout the day.
