The velocity of the balloon is v=300 m/s. g=-9.8m/s^2 for the body

Use Newton's equation of motion for the balloon as it rises, v2=u2+2ah

--> 90000 = 0 + 2(25)(h)

--> h=1800

now the body, h=ut + (1/2)at2 where h is the displacement and a=acceleration of the body=g

--> -1800 = 300t - (1/2)(9.8)t2

--> t = 66.7 s
